Boulder, Tea Expo, and Portsmouth Tea

* I saw a write up in the Boston Globe about a tea shop in Boulder, CO that looked absolutely amazing. The Dushanbe Teahouse is an architectural wonder. Boulder has a sister city in Tajikistan called Dushanbe that sent the teahouse as a gift 10 years ago. 40 artisans from Tajikistan created pieces for this teahouse which were then shipped to Boulder for assembly. Its tea list certainly matches the splendor of the site, with 80 varieties of loose leaf teas and tisanes. I wonder if I need to go to Boulder soon....Hmmmm.....

* You can now download MP3s of many of the seminars offered at this year's World Tea Expo. Most sessions cost $15. A few are $79. There are also packages where you can purchase a targeted series of sessions (from 3 to 35 sessions.) Click this link to check out the list.

* Big things are afoot at Portsmouth Tea Company. The company is preparing to move to new digs in August in Somersworth, NH. The new space will offer a retail space as well as their operations. They are discussing opening a store/cafe in the area later in the Fall. As someone who drives this way frequently I know I'm excited!
