The President's Day holiday is a good excuse for a trip to the sea! A beach rental with tiny kitchen and a house full of young people keep the atmosphere happy and energetic. This morning the "early twenties" were on kitchen duty and prepared a wonderful breakfast of breakfast tacos. Fresh fried potatoes, sauteed onions, fresh jalepinos, and flour tortillas from scratch were on the menu. What a wonderful way to start the day!
