A recent article by Nancy Newhouse in the NYT called "Learning to Cook, With Time Left to See Paris" is a perfect introduction to tell you about my cooking classes at A World in a PAN in Paris and what they offer.

First of all, you are in an actual home, getting a chance to see more about French culture.
Second, you can chose to do the shopping at the local market, learning how you can support sustainable cooking.
Third, you can add a tour after the cooking class, such as a visit to Marmottan (Impressionist) Museum after a Monet menu.
Finally, you have the option to opt for an ethnic cooking class, with a native chef... what do you know about Persian cuisine?
