I have been saying for years that I need a plate warmer. Well ... it's done!
It is true that it makes a big difference! You wait until everyone is served before staring your meal and by then, your meal is cold. I enjoy the warm plates at restaurants because my meal is kept hot longer. But somehow I had never got around to buy one. This is my DOMO dish warmer!
I put it on the side double tray table I always have when I entertain. I place it with the plates inside (you can put up to 8, two at a time) and plug it. When I am ready for the main course, I remove the plates on the table and replace them with my warm plates. What a difference does it make!
